General information

It is not uncommon for orders that contain multiple items to ship separately due to availability and warehouse location where a certain item is stocked. This will not affect the overall delivery time. 

Domestic shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 4 to 8 business days via USPS or other alternate carrier determined at the time the product is ready for shipping. The overall delivery time estimate is 8 to 12 business days but it is subject to change. You will receive updated shipping information and tracking information once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

International shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 4 to 9 business days via USPS or other alternate carrier determined at the time the product is ready for shipping. The overall delivery time estimate is 12 to 17 business days but it is subject to change. International Customers

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. orders that are shipped to countries outside of the united states may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We may require additional information to verify your payment and will contact you directly if this is the case. we appreciate your understanding and quick response so your order is not delayed.
